Zachary Holt grew up in Northampton and Williamsburg, MA. He graduated from Northampton High School in 1996 andearned his bachelor's degree with honors from Western New England College. He currently lives in Easthampton. Baseball is a recreation of Zach's. He is the Varsity coach at Hampshire Regional High School. 

Zach has been in real estate his whole life. The family business was started by his mother Pam 20 years ago and his father Paul has been in construction since the 70's. He has been working at Holt Real Estate for 5 years, a licensed agent for 4, and an Accredited Buyer's Representative for 3. 

As manager of the office Zach has several duties that involve him in most sales and rental transactions that go through Holt Real Estate. It has given him great experience in a small-office environment amongst experienced agents like Pam Holt, Osa Flory and Bill Boyle. He has been involved with rentals since the day he got his license. He soon began to use some of his time to help buyers find homes. 

As a buyer's representative Zach has assisted clients 20 times in the last 2 years. There is always something different with each real estate transaction and he has learned a lot about coordinating times, dates, showings, meetings, agreements and the necessary paperwork. Organization, coordination and communication have been keys to his success.

Zach has also worked as a listing agent for Sellers. He has organized 10 sales as a Seller's Representative. The skills required to sell a home are quite different as a Buyer's Agent. However, his understanding of buyers helps him market homes effectively. Coordination is incredibly important no matter who is being represented.

Communication between Mr. Holt and his clients is his number one goal. This allows him to covey exactly what his clients want to the other party. He has spent 6 weeks to 10 months working with individual buyers. In some cases buyers quickly find what they want and other times it can take up to 20 viewings. Zach is patient with his clients and understands the importance of buying a home.  This is nothing that should be rushed.

 Sellers have been grateful for his quick sales and effective marketing strategies. As the market has slowly changed over the last two years sellers have had to reduce their prices. The minor price reductions were carefully planned with the help and market data that Zach can provide.

"The client is the boss and it is most important to me that they understand everything before they move forward with any decision. It is my duty to make sure their word is clearly explained to the other agent and the agent's client. I'm not satisfied unless my client is completely happy."
