Pam has lived in Northampton and Williamsburg most of her life. She is a member of the Realtor Association of the Pioneer Valley and the Northampton Chamber of Commerce. She is a Real Estate Broker, an Accredited Buyer's Representative and a Corporator for Florence Savings Bank. She has been in Real Estate for 25 years and a Broker for 20.
The Services Pam provides for Sellers includes a market analysis, suggestions on preparing a home for sale to insure the highest return, negotiations on behalf of the seller-client, advertising through all Holt Real Estate media outlets and coordination of the transaction between seller-client and buyer from beginning to closing.
For Buyers the services include access to MLS listings that include addresses and then daily updates of new listings as they become available, showing properties, helping to find houses and to price them by comparing sold homes in the same area, negotiating the offers, and coordinating the transaction between Buyer-client and seller right through the closing.
For the out of town buyers, with only a few days to look, we will drive by properties and then contact the Buyer to discuss all the properties with them. This will ensure they see all the homes which might meet their needs.
